Prizes, prizes

The joy of entering one of our horticultural shows comes from the fun of friendly competition - whose marrow is longest? whose jam is tastiest? - but, of course, it's even better when you see that the judges have awarded you a third prize, second prize or even a first prize card.

Special prizes - our beautiful silver cups - are awarded for individual classes such as roses, fruit, flowers, pot plants or cactuses. Winners get to keep the cup for one year before trying their luck again at the next show.
